Loud kids and Pets From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   The manager is moving anyone she can in. She is very lazy and when you report things to the office she never gets back to you. Dogs bark all day long. Most residents are friendly but many of the new resident listen to loud music and dont seem to have a any common courtesy. The office is closed frequently throughout the day. People drive like maniacks througout the night.Only good thing about RW is Rose the asst manager seems to really want to help out the community, I see her nightly walking the property. Besides the smelly, loud plumbing the property is beautiful.
