I like it here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I really like it here... my only concern is that I've been watching them raise the rent on all the apartments (studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom) over the past six months. The rent on a one-bedroom has gone up $200 in the past 6 months! I'm on a lease, but I'm super worried that they will increase my rent $200 and/or not allow me to renew my lease on the same conditions. Rent is already pretty high and an increase like that would mean I would have to move out :( which sucks because I really like it here! Anyone have any insights or knowledge about how Riverwalk increase rent and/or renew leases'
