2 years here...and I'd sign the lease again! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   I realized today that I've written bad reviews for apartments that I've hated in the past. yet, as much as I love it here, I haven't paid my respects. As someone whose lived in apartments as long as I can remember, I can honestly say that this place is quality for the price. I mean no apartment is perfect. Things break, get old, or you feel something is inadequate. The great thing about this place, is if that does happen, they are here the NEXT day to fix it. I mean it. No waiting a week. Burner broke' Call while you are at work...come home; it's fixed. Rent went up $50 when I signed my lease, but hey. I have 2 bed/2bath 989 sq ft for $1451 in a gated community that is dog friendly without pet rent. Try finding that around here. Grounds are beautifully kept, and if you pay rent on time and are nice to management, they are nice right back. If you leave a message, they call back. If they are doing maintence, they alert you ahead of time. I can take a steaming shower for 30 minutes if I want (not that i would)but a lot of apartments run out of hot water after 5 minutes. 989 sq ft ain't too bad. I've been looking to buy a town house and some are smaller than that. I had bad neighbors that caused me lots of issues, they got vacated. I could go on, but basically I have to say that this place has been quite accomodating and it's important to give credit where credit is due. If they are having issues with the gates or something else, they tell you. Overall great communication. I give it an A.
