Nice apartments and good location near major freeways. The grounds are nice and well-kept. On the downside, parking is difficult. There is very little visitor parking and most of it is usually taken. Also, the leasing staff tends to be on the cranky side. Overall, if you don't mind looking for parking around the area, it's a nice place to live.
