Ambivalent. Poor management, nice grounds, good for pets, lots of parking.

I've lived at Woodleaf for about 2 years. I'm thinking of moving and after reading reviews of other apartments in the Campbell area I am reconsidering, because at least I know what I've got here.
This is a good place if you have pets. It's fairly quiet, and has nice grounds. BUT, management is a pain to deal with. It's true that they are lazy; they almost never answer the phone, take days to call you back, and seriously do take about 10-15 smoke breaks a day. They are completely unprofessional and rude most of the time. They also definitely have a superiority complex. Management has changed at least 3 times since I've been here but it has consistently been low quality.
However, I just try to ignore the management office. I really like the location and the grounds for the price.
Maintenance is iffy. I've had problems with my toilet and if it happens on a Friday afternoon, good luck, you're out till sometime Monday. Sometimes they're right on it, sometimes not.
I've heard that some areas of the complex have less than desirable tenants. My area is fairly peaceful and I haven't encountered some of those problems.
One other huge plus is parking. There's a ton of it. I have multiple cars and a pet so these issues hold a lot of weight with me.
Though I feel safe here at night, my car has been broken into. I park in a heavily populated area now, not in my allotted spot.
Still, if you have a pet, this is probably the best value in Campbell. If you can afford something more pricey, you'll probably get better quality in a lot of areas.
