Nice Apartment - I think this apartment is great so far. I am a new tenant. I sincerely feel that the manager and maintenance staff are wonderful and want the tenants to feel comfortable here. Owner Cheats and keeps Deposit - Beware! Having lived there and known personally the management, I have first hand experience of the owner's dealing. He will keep as much of the deposit as possible and being a lawyer he knows how to work the law. Most likely he will send a closing billing

Terrible The buildings are very old. In the summer if you happen to be in a unit without A/C....it gets really uncomfortable. The floors are very uneven and "lumpy". there's no elevators and I had bats roosting in my ceiling...Gross. I would NEVER want to be in those old buildings

Love The Grounds And All The Trees. I've lived here for about 4 years and really enjoy it. I walk my dog every day and I rest on one of the benches to relax every evening. The trees and walkways are beautiful. The staff has been great to me and very helpful.
