Run down but kinda cool...

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
The complex is old and showing its age. But the staff is top notch and friendly and they're working on improving the facilities though it's slow going. It'll get better over time. The area is cool though, located close enough to spit on Warner Center and the shops and restaraunts therein but without the exhorbitant Warner Center rent. Not the greatest but definitely not the worst place I've lived.
