Please Dont move here im begging you From: ihateamericana Date posted: 3/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   So im glad i found a place where i cant vent, seems likes alot of other people feel like me. That is the mangement, including a woman named ----- and ----- are such devils that they made me cry every night i had to stay there. Seriously. The manager would send me lettes yelling at me in all Cap saying that i was rude for putting up windchimes and that people would find it offensive. They were american flag wind chimes. Then ----- the worker underneath -----, let the mainentence in my house when i told them no. Come to find out my watch and other stuff was missing and they said, i game them permission and they would never steal. Well Maintence is related to them!!!. And here comes the best one. I once got a pair of sweatpants from nike store i ordered online. I never recieve them from online. Yet the company(nike) said it got delieverd. I had this whole issue that took 4 months to resolve and i bascially got screwed. Well after i left these apartments i went bak to check my mail and ----- was awearing a pair of pink warmup pants that i ordered but "got lost in the mail". This place is a joke, ----- the manager treats you like a punk kid. All they want is for you in be in and out, its like a factory in there. They dont care about anything, and on top of that you will want kill yourself everyday for thing in such a dump like AMERICANA WARNER CENTER. worst place in the valley by far, promise. Dont listen to the good reviewrs they are fake people working for the company. And for people who right, maybe you difculy maybe you should leave. Here isa my answer, cant leave cause you on a lease, and excuse me for wanting my a/c or leaks fixed in a timely matter becase WE LIVE HERE, YOU WORK TO MAKE US HAPPY LIVING THEM YOU DUMB OLD WOMAN. and ps the the picture of is the mold i found in my A/C, I was breathing everyday that im sure they dont check when you move in.
