Lived At Americana Warner Center for 3 years - management works hard keeping property looking good, people have no respect for where they live , throw trash around, feel the rules do not apply to them, park where they feel like and they pitch a fit if they get towed. Smoke in hallways and throw cigarette butts all over the property when they know it is a non smoking property. People have no respect or personal pride they think everything is someone else's fault when they dont't follow the rules. I loved it there it was clean and well kept and never had any problems with management found them most helpful.

The residents have no personal pride and throw trash around - if the groundskeepers and maintenance worked 24/7 they could not keep up with the messy, inconsiderate, low life people like you!

wow. you made the place sound like the crap hole ever other review did. If the maintence/groundskeeper is SO HARD WORKING then why does your review complain about the trash and cigg. butts everywhere? we all agree they should be picked up, so why does the MAINTENCE/GROUNDSKEEPER JUST LEAVE THEM THERE? it is never kept clean. the office manager, Renee is a mean ugly spirited person. we all know deep down inside you are happy to be moving. AMERICANA WARNER CENTER SUCKS!!!!
