I have been here 3 years, The building is Ok for a 30 year old structure. The bigest problems are with the management and the Property maagement LLC. The building is converting to condos all the section 8 tanants have been terminated so the units thay occupy can rent $500 higher and the 8400 relocation fee and moving they should get from the conversion is being withheld. So if you move here you might wonder when you lie down in bed the first couple of nights if the family that just moved out is sleeping in a bed or in their car as none of us can find replacement housing and are able to not have te cost of moving destroy us finacially, Shame on the building owners they are not a shining example of humanity and only care sbout $. Deposit fees are outrageous move out srcurity withholding is excessive and to aces the fitness room after hour to even add money to a laudry $ card you havr to have a key that costs a non refundable $50. The web site is funny this is not an upscale building the grounds keeping is minimal , all the dog s here keep grass from growing and it;s not worth the remt they sre askin. if you decide the pkace isn't too bsd look out for problems with the pipes a lot of the3 brdrooms have many problems with leaks in walls and drain issues.
