It's the same everywhere From: sarasinn Date posted: 10/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   Chatsworth Point isn't bad, but they're the same as most of the lower end apartment complexes. They overwork the management and hire only Mexican help (undoubtedly illegal) which is a racist practice. Loud work begins at 6 am. on Sunday morning and the English is broken at best.
