the area can be pretty damn ghetto.but this building isn't.it looks pretty lame and wierd on the outside but it is way nicer on the inside.the manager heather is awesome and is by far my favorite apt. manager of all time.the maintenance team is pretty good and they built a police station less than a mile away so the neighborhood is slowly getting better too.if you have to live in canoga park i highly suggest this place to you.way cooler than the surrounding buildings.
