I still live here, therefore I will be truthful and candid. I have lived here roughly within the last year. The attraction is low income assist coupled with a new building (the building was built after the 1994 Northridge earthquake). It is very nice.
Parking seems to be a problem as there are not very many spaces within the gated area and everyone wants to park there. We have assigned parking. Three and two bedroom units get two parking spaces within the gated area. Recently, the manager requested our vehicle and space information which was surprising. He was the one assigning the spaces so you would think that he would know where and who the vehicles belong to.
The pool area is very nice, which also includes a small kid's playground area. The entire complex is small and encloses the pool area within a box by the buildings, and further secured on all sides by gates, locking doors, and internal building doors which require building keys. A very safe and secure feeling place to live.
Unfortunately, if you want to ask about Staff/Management, T is the only person, which is a joke at best. The other review was absolutely correct in that T is awful about getting back to you, never returns calls, the parking thing is a sore spot with everyone right now, the laundry area is locked down at 10PM no matter what, and a really bad practice of throwing out office trash....trash that contains application information, social security numbers, histories, everyone's information. Fortunately one of the other tenants saw T throw this out and the information was rescued from the trash and secured for a 'rainy day'. This person (T) really shouldn't be managing or be in charge of nothing more than his own 4 bedroom on-site apartment that is rent free. Other than him, Noble is a great place
