I love this place...

I have live at Park Place now since August of 2006. I'll admit that I was not that impressed with my neighbors at first. The old manager had a tendency to accept as tenants anyone who could pay the rent. New management, however, has yielded very different results. Great job, Stephanie. She's actually working to get out all the bad apples from the bunch. The quality of the tenant has improved significantly, which has improved the overall quality of life in the building.
I would love it if the water wasn't turned off for repairs of pipes so often, but it's manageable. The gym leaves a lot to be desired (like a television), but is good for a basic workout if you're too tired to go to a gym or don't have a paid membership. The big problem tends to be not the building or the tenants, but the location. A camera has had to be installed in the management office, furniture has been stolen from the front lobby (with replacement furniture now being bolted down to the ground), and because it's in front of a bus stop there can be all kinds of pain in the ass teenagers (most attending Chatsworkth High School) hanging out not too far from the front entrance to the building on any given school morning.
Overall, it's a great place to live. I enjoy coming home to my place each night.
