I have been here 1 year now and I am leaving shortly, this place is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Way overpriced, the manager Stephanie charges different prices for different people. There is noooooooo maintenance what so ever. Good luck knocking on the managers door, she will hear you coming and hide!!!! The water pipes break every week. My apartment had electrical problems, started a fire in the circuit breaker box. Took 1 week to get that fixed, so we lived w/o electric the entire time. Toilet has leaked for 1 year now, I gave up asking to get it fixed. Pipes have backed up many times. The air conditioner was not working, took 3 weeks to get that fixed, the only person that fixes AC was on vacation for a few weeks, so we suffered in 100 degrees and I had family visiting during that time. Kitchen and bath cabinet doors have broke and are hanging. I hope you have a rain jacket when it rains, the windows leak so bad and the carpets get soaked. Waiting 1 year for a window shade. I had 2 parking spaces but the manager gave them away to newer tenants!! No security in the building, the front door has been broke for 6 months now. I have seen kids jumping the fence to cut through to the other neighborhood. The inside has been tagged many times, 2 kids tried to steal a car in the parking garage. Some much drugs going on here. Everyone smokes pot outside in the grass, pool and picnic tables. I am surprised I have passed my drug tests at work. All the smoke blows into my apartment !! My kids always ask what is that smell. Move onto another place to live, not here !! Good luck with the washers and dryers, so tired of the machines breaking in the middle of a cycle, clothes soaking wet and need 2x on the dryers!!
