It's so bad it's almost laughable.

This apartment complex is the worst. The washing machines in the facility on the 20929 side don't let hot water come in. The parking gate on that side is often open as well. The parking spaces are incredibly small and it is extremely difficult to pull in, back in, and turn your car around in the complex. The residents don't respect each others parking spaces. There was constantly another car in my space. When I went into the office to complain, one of the assistants remarked, "I hope that's not my car." When they did construction in the parking area, even the construction worker parked his truck in my space. The shower was constantly leaking the first two months I lived there. When the shower head fell off, and high pressurized water was shooting at you making it impossible to take a shower, they took a week to come and fix it, and this was after I went three times to report it. They only give you one day notice when they want to come into your apartment or if you need to park your car on the street because of work they're doing in the parking area. Heaven forbid you go on vacation and you didn't have time to make other arrangements. When they changed our parking spaces, they left a notice that was effective "thirty days from receiving this notice" that was dated on the first of the month, but wasn't taped to our door until 3 weeks later. When our garbage disposal broke, the worker came to fix it. Four months later, my roommate and I received notice that a screw was found in the disposal and we had to pay for it. How do you send a notice four months later' That's ridiculous, especially when it wasn't our fault. When we first moved into the apartment in January, my roommate's heating unit (the economical one in the walls) wasn't working. It took a whole month for management to determine that they couldn't fix it. They then had to put in a wall unit. We asked for monetary compensation because when you move into a new apartment, you expect everything to work and have heat when you want it. They refused to give us a credit on out rent. The noise is unbearable. You constantly hear the emergency vehicles traveling on Parthenia. You also hear the alarm go off for an entire weekend when somebody goes through the emergency door. Management doesn't know a thing about customer service. Work requests are not completed in a timely manner, and often when they are, you still need work done on the same problem not too far off in the future. I technically still pay rent here but have lived somewhere else for the last year. I am now about to leave the complex and couldn't be happier. I am waiting to see what problems that came with the apartment they will try to charge me for.
