	Have lived here two years. They raised our rent twice, and are constantly adding extra "charges" for various reasons. They have even requested that we add more to our security deposit, after living here for two years! The management is incompetent ... more

	Totaly unhelpful management. You will see people sitting on stairs smoking and drinking outside your aptment door. Most of the time security gates are not closed. They charge heavily once you move out for painting and cleaning even if you ... more

	Parthenia Terrace has a friendly and helpful office staff. The maintenance crew is almost always on the grounds to make repairs right away. Grounds are clean and pretty quiet.
