Satisfied tenant for two years From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I am a 30 SWF who lived in a 3rd floor single for 2 years. The apartment was charming, and the parking and facilities were satisfactory. The management was respectful, and responded to my complaints immediately (garbage disposal malfunction, dripping faucet, air conditioning malfunction, and occasional neighbor noise). For the most part, I found the building to be peaceful and quiet, and never felt my safety was in jeopardy. It was a great apartment for the money.
