Customer service - Rachael - Out of all my years living in apartments I have never met anyone as helpful as Rachael. She was polite, courteous, professionally dressed and genuinely interested in helping me solve my issue. Wouldn't Want To Live Anywhere Else! Chatsworth Pointe is great! They seem to have finally solved their staffing issues. Both Heather and Rachel are really trying to go the extra mile and make everyone feel at home! Would definitly recommend living here!
