Still living in Apartment

I currently live in the apartments and I just moved here in December 2003 and have been here a few months now. The parking is still an issue and many people have said something. They will no longer tow your car for parking in overflow because they realize some people have to have more than one person living in a residence to afford it. They currently run somewhere in the neigborhood of $900. They have repaved the parking lot and have started upgrading all the apartments. This is why they say luxury apartments. I have tile from the beginning of the kitchen through to the bathroom. I don't have a ton of carpet and they remodeled the entire apartment before move in. They continue to renew them as people move in and out. I have not been to the pool to swim, but i have been by it and it was clean. I think it may have just taken some time to get things in order for new managers, but they are making improvements and are trying to find a way to create more parking. I do not remember what deposit was, but they do allow both dogs and cats. They are suppose to limmit size, but by the size of some of the dogs I thnk they don't know some tenants have them.
