From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   There are no washer and dryer hookups in apartments. The washer and dryer facilties available always are full and people leave clothing unattended. You are better off at the laundry mat. Lack of storage. Storage sucks. No garages. There is a central broiler, no individual water heaters. There is a Catholic Church nearby and the church goers use the alley as a driveway and they don't always let you turn into your parking spot or driveway. On a positive note, the complex is upgrading a new look, new appliances in units, and maybe adding security gate. There is a fitness center. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
