Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
This place was great when we first moved in and it has been getting worse since we moved in. The staff is wonderful but they are very slow on getting to maintenence issues. There are shady characters moving in and the quality of neighbors is getting worse. The rent is amount the most reasonable around, but if you can afford more, look to Valencia. This place is probably the nicest in Canyon Country. Canyon Country isn't what it used to be.
