I cannot tell you how much we hated living here!!! The property was disgusting, the sewege and draining was bad, leaving puddles for weeks in planters, allowing mold, milder, and organisms to form (health risk). The maintenance sucks, and trying to get something fixed is impossible. Being he cheapest place to live in Canyon Country, all of the trash has moved in. You need to carry a weapon around the complex just to feel protected. I really had to get my family out of this place as soon as possible, however, i signed a year lease. After talking to a lawyer, he brought up the following scenario to get out of my lease. The complex does not allow pets, and that is how I was able to get out of my lease. I indicated to the management that the reason i moved into this particular complex is thier rule for not allowing pets. I said I am allergic to pets and thier dander. I told them I see numerous tenants with pets, and they have 15 days to rid the complex of the problem, or I will move. I said that legally, I gave them enough time (15 days) to correct the problem, and that I must move and my lease must be broken, without penalty. I guess they talked to thier legal dept, cause they allowed me to move and break my lease. DONT MOVE HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT YOU CHILDREN IN DANGER.
