Hope you don't want anything repaired.

Maintenance here is slow as can be. It took me 5 weeks of calling the office numerous times a week to get a leaking water heater fixed. It was rotting away through the floor, but they didn't seem to care. In the 3 yrs I have lived there they have raised the rent over $400 from my original lease and it keeps going up $75-$100 for the next lease. Lights are burned out all over the complex, leaving nice dark surroundings for not so nice people to jump you. There is alot of graffiti on the walls and garages. I wouldn't recommend this apt to anyone except my enemy.
