No problems whatsoever with pests. Thank God.
Maintenance is slow but they do get around to fixing the problem once you bug them enough.
The complex is older- the garage doors are warped from age and the openers are old- and sometimes the trash bins are outrageous with people putting their old furniture out there, etc. Sometimes when I pull into my garage I feel pretty ghettofabulous.
But for the money, and being in the back of the complex against a hill, it is very quiet and I only hear neighbors if I keep my window open.
My apartment is large and the appliances, though older, work very well. I like having a 2 car garage though sometimes my eighbors quick park a car in front of my garage and I have to honk to get them to move.
For the money I would move here again. It's a good place to land after a divorce
