Horrible. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived here for six months and have had countless problems. First of all, there is a HUGE termite problem that they will never fix. every once in a while, I see the termites come out from the hole in the wall behind my fridge. It is absolutely disgusting. They said they would have someone fix it and all that happened it someone came out and said "yep you have termites and its bad". NO one came to spray or anything. Second of all, there is mold that appears randomly. I left for one night and the next day there was a mushroom growing out of my carpet. I called and they basically said "just pull it out". These apartments need a major renovation and I highly advise anyone not to rent from here especially if you have young children.
