The ratio of this complex (which has over 1000 units) is:
89% Hispanic (legal and illegal)
5% --------American
3% Caucasion
3% Other
Also, if you go to the "Megans Law" website, you will see that there are many convicted sex offenders that live in this complex. It has become a breeding ground of low-income tenants; which happens when you are the lowest priced complex in town. Call the local Sheriff's Dept and ask them (661)255-1121. They are well aware of the issues in this place. If you care about your safety, health (mold problems) and children....STAY AWAY

We have lived here over 8 years and you are correct. We have Grandma, Mom, Dad and 4 or 5 kids living next door in a 2 bedroom! Probably Section 8. We leave for work at 4 AM and return home at 3 PM. 10 to 13 kids hanging in the drive way making it impossible to pass to our garage. Management does not care they are desperate to rent and the section process seems to be non existent. Many gangster looking thugs hanging out - don't seem to work they are home all the time. We pay almost 1400.00 from our salaries to be harassed by low life scum who do not control their little gangsters! Our quality of life has steadily been diminishing and soon as our lease is up we are leaving this slum.
