We have lived here for over 9 years and have watched the quality of this place increasingly go down. It appears they are so desperate that they are renting to Section 8 with multiple adults and kids shacking up in one unit. We have a Grandma, Dad, Mom and 4 kids who live next door. When we arrive home each day after 10 - 12 hours away from home we can barely drive up the driveway. Masses of kids are just hanging out in the drive way. When you try to get by you get major attitude. Once you have to pass through that - kids come streaming around corners on skate boards and bikes coming so close to getting hit. People park their cars all along the drive way making it an obstacle course to get by. Management does nothing. Kids throwing trash, tires, mattress, shopping carts down the hillsides ripping out the "Beautiful Landscape" they advertise to have - There is No Adult Supervision of these delinquents and we are at their mercy. We pay almost $1,400.00 to live in a "Slum" and WE DON'T RECEIVE GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES!" We pay our rent with our hard earned salaries!I'm afraid to use the pool (the only clean pool is by the leasing office for obvious reasons) or gym because of all the "Gangsters hangin around! Management said they were going to get Security - yeah right. I'm curious how these kind of questionable characters can pass the interview process and yet never seem to go to work''' I only pray they are not selling drugs out of here! with all the Sheriff's Cars we so often see here makes us wonder!
