We moved a year ago and new management people (new manager since Dec,2008) are so nasty.
The assistant lady at the office on weekend even threw the paper when I ask to make copy of check rent.

She is ready to fight attitude all the time when people ask copy of check or put the repair order.

They don't even say "hi" when tenants go to the office. All of them have attitude and treat people ----.

Some neighbors are crazy, they stay outside to watch over other people's unit and sing the lap song along with dancing.
You need to put extra security alarm system for those people.
Also I go to sleep with neighbor's snoring sound. You can hear all neighbors around you basically.

Exactly The Same at Park Sierra, Diamond Park's Sister Apartments, under the same nasty and vindictive New Management. If one of them does not like you, they make your life a living hell.

I was a "prespective tenant" They asked to put in a hold fee of 100 dollars, and I had 48 hours to change my mind to get my money back. I called them and the office still cashed my check! I have been trying to get my money back. No one in the office will return my call, and no one remembers the phone call! Ridiculous.
