Park Sierra Apartments

Consider another complex if possible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/7/2001 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001   I lived at Park Sierra for over four years. When I moved in, I loved it. The apartment offered some great features like in-apartment washer and dryer and direct access to my garage (downstairs two bedroom model only). However, a large management company bought the complex and things went downhill. Trash was overflowing -- and they began charging for it. They also began charging for water. In addition, noisier tennants moved in -- many, many unsupervised children. Maintenance complaints went unanswered until I threatened to withhold rent. There are many other complexes in the area owned by the same company, so I'd be weary of those, too. But from my experience, Park Sierra's glory days are long gone.
