I lived here for a total of about 16 months. I havent had a problem with the inside of my apartment and actually like it. I do have ant problems although these are partially our fault.


The loud ranchero music pumping through my floor, the odd people staring you down when you come home, and occasional graffiti are enough to make you wish you never moved here. It basically doesn?t feel safe.


While its not the projects, I can see it heading that direction..


If you have to move up to Santa Clarita, move closer to Valencia..



btw--- Rent went up $100 in one year...really not worth it for this area.
