We are moving because this is little Mexico ..I see why it's so easy to get in ...I don't even think the leasing office checks credit ...just approves every and anyone as long as they pay their rent ..I referred my mom and am embarrased. She is moving in April ..I have had to contact the Housing Authority and the Health Department! I have a baby who is 6 weeks premature and being here is bad for his health. We had a gas leak since we transferred apartments since July. The water heater wasnot vented properly so we had carbon monoxide flowing back into our apartment. The staff is HORRIBLE! We didn't have heat and the black girl Tamika told me she would see what maintenance could do. I called the emergency line ....INCOMPENTENT people ...manintenance doesn't speak very good English ....still have roaches ...too many kids ...neighbors are idiots ...white trash here, just everything BAD!!!!
Took a gas leak and my dishwasher smoking before they started replacing old ass appliances!!!!

I COMPLETELY Agree with you - we've lived there 2.5 years and they have changed mgmt companies 3 times!! The owner doesn't care - he just collects his checks from the state (did you know he gets $$ to allow low-income people rent there)? That's why there are 400 -------- in each apartment. When they hired a security company (for about 3 months), I caught the security guard sitting in his golf cart smoking weed with my neighbor. Tamika is a liar - she always acts like she'll get maintenance to help you -but she doesn't. They have scripted excuses when you call. Everytime there is heavy rain - we have a waterfall in our kitchen - and we're on the FIRST floor!!! We've had mold since we moved in (never fixed) and now have respiratory problems. We have retained an attorney and will be living nicely thanks to Park Sierra.
