Uh Oh! The leasing office RUBES are at it again! They can't even write a belivable positive comment... Oh well, it's better that way because any intelligent person will realize that!!!

Because it truly does suck!!!
If you can afford to live anywhere else, DON'T LIVE AT PARK SIERRA!!! BECAUSE IF YOU DO, YOU WILL SURELY REGRET IT!!!

I just moved in here not too long ago, and I feel that I was deceived by the website. So far the oven was practically condemed by our gas company and the w/d had to be rigged so we could run both @ the same time it must have been made in 1984. Neighbors are loud & the kids run wild & free w/ no supervision. On many occasions I have tried backing my car from parking & they just stood behind my car and wouldn't move. I had a chance to speak w/ one of the kids while taking trash out & the roach coach was pulling through the building, I told the kid he should stand back & he asked me, "why? i could just sue them if they hit me." If we knew about this rating site earlier we would've never chose to live here. Now, we're just couting down the days till our lease ends.

I'm pretty sure this complex is ran by thugs for thugs. I wouldn't doubt it if my neighbors were manufacturing meth. Never again...

if you want to live here ask to see your apt. first, check everything before you take it, come back at night. Listen on how they tell every one the same thing. I live here today. The office knows me, when I go I have the California law in hand.They have tried to pull stuff, but once I let them know the law of a rental, they back off and do what I'm asking. They dont keep the yards up, unless it is up by the office. It may take a month or two to get something fix. My days are number here. I will never tells anyone to move in here even if it was for FREE!!!!!!!!
