First off im new to the Santa Clarita Valley and i absolutely love it. I just picked the wrong complex to live in. I feel like i live in little tijuana. Their is of very low quality people that live here. I came from a place with high crime and low income people and i came to Santa Clarita to get away from it. But its like im back at home again. The models park sierra show you are very misleading. So far everything has worked though, The AC blows good, no outlets are bad, but the paint job is horrible. They painted over EVERYTHING ands its obvious. Theirs paint all over the carpet as well. I can hear every floorboard creek and make noise from the people up stairs walking around. I mean its not their fault its just the frame of this place makes so much noise. Then you got put up with these third world people and their gang banger looking kids. I gotta hear sub woofers and La Cucoracha Music all night. The office people are pretty friendly, Susie and i forgot that black ladies name but they have been really sweet, nice, and helpful. I have a few months left on my lease so im just going to keep to myself and look around for new apartments to live in the mean time. I remember choosing park sierra over a very nice valencia complex because valencia was 100 dollars more, but its worth paying the extra hundred bucks. Unfortunantly though this place has just been a huge disapointment and i don't really have high expectations, nor am I one to complain alot. The one thing good about this complex is it does offer garage parking which is awesome, I got my own laundry room (though the washer and dryer really suck but it beats a laundry mat), and it does have space. My only complaint really is the quality of people suck. Managment needs to do a better job of screening for who they rent to.

I too have lived here exactly a year and my options are open right now. I agree with everything you say. The kids play in the courtyard in the evening then when they throw their stuff around and it ends up on your patio they very rudely bang and bang on your door and windows till you answer. People are so rude when they drive in their cars and block the driveways, stop right at the driveway entrance and block you so they can get their mail. They see you behind them but don't give a hoot. Iv'e never lived anywhere like this...EVER! If management cared it could be a nice place. The only thing they seem to put any money in is the landscaping just to draw in suckers like us.
