you are on Section 8 and you need a place to live, this is the place for you!
Welcome to the world of low life's that could care less about where they live and how it looks.
You'll feel right at home among the gang bangers that routinely party in the garages while they fix up the ole 68 Impala.

Yes they have rules here, but don't mind them because they are never enforced!

Feel free to jam your tunes around the parking lot till you figure out there is no place to park, then just park in the red zones cause no one here cares! You'll never get towed because the tow company never patrols the grounds and they wont take calls from the tenants!
So come on down to Park Sierra where the rents are high and so are your neighbors.
This is a HUD Low income housing property.
20% of the units are rented out to low income families.
What does this mean to you and me'
It means that 20% of the people here pay SIGNIFICANTLY less than the rest of us do.
We are the people that want to live in a nice, well kept community. We cannot do that if the property management fails to enforce their own rules and policies. Instead of keeping the riff-raff out, they have opened their arms and invited them in the back door.
No one informed me of the HUD status of this property before I signed a one year lease. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere.
Graffiti is popping up all over the place, the outdoor lighting is not being maintained, the landscaping is awful and unkempt. My neighbor decided to set up a small farm in the landscaping around his unit! I was a little surprised to see corn and tomatoes growing there and at first I was a little amused, then he decided to put up a white picket fence around it! That's when I started to complain to the management. I have complained by phone and in person 3 times in 2 months and no one has done anything about it.
I am also getting really tired of having to ask the scavengers to get out of the dumpster so I can put my trash in it.
