I have lived in the apartments for almost a year. Sometimes you can wait a while for maintenance issues to be taken care of. However, the parking is horrible. You might have a parking space in your garage but forget having your visitors park in visitor parking because there will be none available. I think if they did more inspections of garages (that are not to be used for storage) they would have more available spaces. In addition, there are cars parked in the lot outside my apartment that have been there so long that they have cobwebs on them. My apartment is great and I feel very safe. My area of the complex is quiet however, I know areas that are not. Overall check the area of the unit before you move-in.
