I know we are renting but not owning however... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I know we are renting but not owning however... Did you read the reveiw that had the drugs being made and sold out of the unit. Well I happened to live in the unit next to it and I was banned from by place for one night by the Sheriff's because of it! I also had to call the Sherrif's because the tenants across from me decided to have a beer bashing party at 4:30 in the morining and they were filthy drunk. I also have to deal with out of control noise levels with kids on their motor scooters (out of the norm) noise levels for a long period of time. Parking is horrible for any of my guests that come over. You must live in a good part of the complex. I wish I was living in your area of the complex, maybe I would like it. I am also reading a lot of complaints about the deposits and maintenance...what's up with that' Signed fed up!!!
