Nice Place, average management

I really like my apartment here. The only complaint about the apartment itself is the noise that I get from the street which is due to its location. The parking is a problem when we have visitors but this could be alleviated if management would make sure that everyone had room to park two cars in their garage. Management is not that good, but I don't expect them to be spectacular considering their probable salaries. Some of the things that I have reported were fixed and others were not. While this may not be the nicest or best run complex around, you could certainly do much worse. And all of the Ghetto comments that other reviewers have said are simply off base and probably rooted in racism.

That is so not true. Racism? I am ------- American and I feel this complex was ghetto, not because of the race of people living here but the way the people live here act. I lived here, there were police always there dealing with some issue. What place is considered nice that always have police responding to issues?? The people who live here are a joke! and it is not the place to live if you want to be someone nice.
