MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT RIVER RANCH FOR ONLY A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND IN THE BEGINNING IT WAS VERY NICE, BUT LATELY IT HASN'T BEEN WHAT WE EXPECTED FOR SANTA CLARITA. THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE, MANAGMENT IS TERRIBLE, THERE ARE LOTS OF GHETTO PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE. THEY ALSO SHOW YOU A MODEL UNIT IN THE BEGINNING WHICH IS VERY NICE AND THEN YOU DON'T GET A CHANCE TO SEE THE UNIT OR AREA YOU WOULD BE LIVING IN AND THEN YOU ARE STUCK IN A BAD AREA OF THE COMPLEX AND MOST OF THE TIME HATE THE AREA YOU ARE LIVING IN. ALSO SOME OF THE OLDER CHILDREN LIKE TO STEAL AND MANAGEMENT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MY ADVISE, FIND ANOTHER AREA TO LIVE IN

I agree with you. I thought it was only me who didn't get to see real unit that I was going to move in . I think that's their trick. If I saw my unit before I moved in, I would NEVER take it. HORRIBLE!!!
