My husband, kids and I lived here for almost a year and that was too long!! The place is dirty, people are extremely rude, the kids run around without supervision from their parents, cops in and out all the time, cars park in tow-away zones NOT being towed, walls are paper thin, and the units leak! We had a flood in our apartment during the big rains from Oct '04 to Feb '05 and I had alot of property damage. After they said all was fixed, two days later my closet was full of water again, the ceilings in my kids rooms leaked again, ceiling in the family was leaking, as well as, the ceiling directly over my bed! After the rains subsided, a very bad smell started appearing in our apartment that we couldn't get rid of. A week later the presence of bad mold showed up in all the rooms, closets, and bathrooms. Management did NOTHING, stating "spray bleach with water and that should fix it!" We soon got the Dept. of Health involved and things were finally starting to get somewhere!! We were tired, though, of being treated extremely bad by management for taking measures into our own hands for the safety of ourselves and our children (mold can be deadly) that we broke our lease and begged them to try and collect a dime from us or our lawyers would be in contact quickly!!! Never heard from them again. Didn't get any of our deposit back but it was worth it not to have to live there anymore!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
