We have lived here 6 months now, the roof STILL leaks, the Stove STILL doesn't work. Called go unanswered if you have to leave a message. The right thing to do would be a follow up when a message is left to let you know it was heard. Office Staff is nice, Maintance personal are nice. But management seems to be lacking in follow through with things! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Thank You for taking the time to submit your comments. We are working diligently to improve the services offered at Sand Canyon Villas & Townhomes. Last year we installed 3 new roofs and intend to repair and install roofing where needed in 2009. The latest series of rains is allowing us to determine where these repairs are needed the most. Please contact me directly whenever you feel your needs are not being met in a timely manner. I offer my personal pledge to follow through with your concerns until they are satisfied. I sincerely thank you for deciding to make your home at Sand Canyon Villas and speaking on behalf of myself and staff we will endeavor to make your home and surrounding grounds a place you will be proud to call home. Respectfully your Community Director.

Another Rainy day and again I have plastic & bucket in my living room..on the lower floor, you can only guess what the upstairs looks like! I went to the Community Dir. and I was told Corp. office is taking care of leaking ceilings, he doesn't have the power to hire someone to fix it. Is this any way to run a business? We found the Corp number in S.C. called & left a message.
