Living in a Cess Pool! - We have lived here for over 9 years and have watched the quality of this place increasingly go down. roach infested apartments This place is roach infested and they'll charge carpet clean when you move out even though it is spotless. The maintenance service isn't great. My bathroom roof caved in on me because maintenance didn't attend to a leak upstairs. see pictures.

Terrible Place To Live Colony Townhomes is a terrible place to live. A nice sterile look on the surface; a low class, noisy and violent environment. If you have children, don't bring them here. The gang-banger environment is ignored and management is non-existent.
