Diamond Park Apartments 19% Recommended May 05 2008: Well, we've lived at Diamond Park going on twelve years now and it's getting worse and worse. They find a new manager and she/he stays for a bit longer than a couple of months and poof..they are gone. We had Colony Townhomes 30% Recommended Apr 30 2008: Basically we have lived here for a year and a half. We LOVE the location of our apartment. We have a large grassy area for our kids to run around right in front of our door. That is one of River Park Apartments 32% Recommended Apr 30 2008: Nice place to live. Mangagement actually returns phone calls (pretty unusual in my experience). I haven't seen any rats so I dont know about that issue. My neighbors are quiet. Maintenance fixes things in a reasonable amount of time. Havent River Ranch Townhomes 27% Recommended Apr 30 2008: I love my townhouse at River Ranch. The management really works with me, the maintenence is prompt and its a beautiful site. I have had no bug issues or break ins. The are changes in management which can get confusing, Sand Canyon Villas & Townhomes 42% Recommended Apr 30 2008: I think this is a good location. Only been here a few months but everyone seems nice. The office staff is very helpful and maintenence is prompt. My kitchen sink backed up and they fixed it that day and it |
