Best Apartment Ever - Well, collectively my wife and I spent 7 years at the Capitola Cove, and it is impossible to convey our appreciate for the time we had there. Love this place I have lived here over a year and like it a lot. The staff takes really good care of us and they are quick to get rid of the occasional bad neighbor. 99% of my neighbors are great. Cannot beat the setting in the upper village of Capitola. Love the remodeled unit I have.
