YES! I moved in here in October and love it! It was a bit bumpy getting in only because there were three of us andone person had bad credit and the other no credit (they were willing to work with us!) And even no when we ended up having deadbeat roommate they are working with us!

They really suck I moved in a year ago and i always had problems, the dish washer had a leak or the bathroom had another one, there is always problems with humidity and besides that, they dicided to start charging for sewer, water and trash collection the monthly bill for these

Not getting better It is not so nice here anymore. Kids, noise, rude tenants, many speed bumps, late night party noise, no security & now they will start charging for water/trash/sewer. Constant maintenance problems...bad pipes that leak & flood apartments.

Crap by the Sea This place is nicknamed trench town for a reason it over looks the sewage treatment plant and when the wind blows it blows a delightful aroma of feces across the complex.
