I'm not sure about this place yet. We've got new carpet, supposedly new vinyl flooring in kitchen and bath, new kitchen cabinets and new bathroom vanity. The workmanship of the new items is below standards. The vinyl can't be new'
The noise is bad. My neighbor smokes like a smoke stack so I can't open my windows. I do have moldy smells eventhough there is new carpet and cabinets. The apartment is a very good size and layout - I like the location. I wonder about vehicle safety in the parking lot. The apartments face many other apartments so you hear the noise from a total of 6 other apartments. I thought the tenants were all of a mature age (so no loud music, would be considerate neighbors) but a lot of younger, inconsiderate about noise neighbors. The laundry room is dirty - the dryers take too long to dry.

The reason you smell mold is because, THERE IS MOLD TO SMELL !!!!!!!!!!! There are no firewalls in those buildings. Therefore, when one of your neighbor's has a water leak and they develope mold, SO DO THE OTHER 7 TENANT'S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The toxic mold is growing between the walls of your neighbor's. The owner's cannot stop it. They have tried with futile attempts. I told them why it started, why it spread and why it will continue to spread. But, They don't care. If you get sick, it is your problem. Why do you think you signed the mold release when you moved in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! robalit@netzero.com
