I have crappy neighbors that don't shut up at 10 pm. House rules are to shut up at 9 pm. I have problems finding parking - maybe because you are using 3 spots! My apartment has electrical problems. Sometimes the outlets just don't work; but try them later and they work. Fuses blow regularly. Don't use the bathroom light and the vanity light at the same time - WHAMMO you blew a fuse. The renovations are nice but very cheap. The bathroom has a foul odor and the closet smells like mold. I still get waken up at night when the Vons trucks unload at all hours of the night. the laundry room is filthy dirty. I think my neighbors are either drug users or drug sellers or both.
