I also have crappy neighbors. Since I moved in here people are moving out in droves. People don't get sucked in. Seems nobody stays long. If you like loud music and listening to other's conversations, move here. The apartments all face each other and you have noise from all sides. I agree, the Vons trucks wake me up at night. Shouldn't they have a curfew' 3 am is too early for me to wake up. If you're young, move here, if you're a mature adult, run.
