I am a current resident at Alicante Views. I have been satisfied for the most part, however my apartment has a very musty/smokey smell and when the matinence man came he said he didn't smell a thing. Guests have been able to smell the odor, so I know that my family is not crazy and I have a bathroom that I can't use. Everything else about the apratment we like (space, storage, appliances, etc...), but I do wish that the management was quicker to respond to problems. I agree with the other review that said that you can hear your upstairs neighbors like they were coming through your roof. Very poor insulation. However, the community is very quiet even with so many children.
