I am a resident, and will not mention how long I have been here.
Suffice it to say that their rates continue to climb, and management
constantly makes it more difficult to stay here.
Most residents are unhappy with the way they are treated, and would move
if they could.
Rates don't have any ceiling, as they add water, sewer, trash and other
expenses on to your monthly bill, and consider this reasonable.
So, if you want to pay a fortune, at least find a decent landlord.
