This is a very well run apartment complex. The property is kept up very nice and management responds quickly when i have brought issues to their attention. I don't understand why someone else wrote negatively about paying for utilities. We have always had to pay our utilities since I have lived here. Rents are fair given the size of the units and how nice everything looks.
